| In 1985 this charismatic German stunned Tennis by becoming the first unseeded player to win Wimbledon, aged just 17. Known for his powerful serve and dives at the net, 'Boom Boom' Becker was a smash hit with the fans. He had a legendary rivalry with Stefan Edberg and although leads their head to head, Edberg won three of their four Grand Slam final meetings. Ironically Becker has enjoyed more success as a coach than as a player, leading Djokovic to an unprecedented level of dominance. |
