| Mongul succeeded his father as the ruler of Warworld, a weaponised satellite planet. In his quest for power he stole yellow lantern rings and, after beating Arkillo, the drill sergeant for the Sinestro Corps, in a brutal battle, he appointed himself their de facto leader. He was eventually defeated by Sinestro himself. Armed with a powerful energy cannon and skilled in hand to hand combat, Mongul has strength on par with Superman, high durability and a regenerative healing factor. |
