| During the massacre of section 666, the manhunters, a group of robotic sentinels created by the Oans, killed Atrocitus' wife and daughter. He swore revenge and through magic blood rituals forged a power battery and founded the Red Lanterns. Ably supported by his lieutenant Bleez and his pet cat, Dex-Starr. Atrocitus is the strongest of all lanterns. He once defeated Hal Jordan and Sinestro at the same time. In addition to the ability to create hard light constructs, he breathes napalm. |
